Donations
All donations made to Brojobhumi Bibekananda Sevashram are considered voluntary charitable contributions.
As donations are immediately allocated towards ongoing charitable and welfare activities, they are generally non-refundable.
Duplicate Transactions
If a donor accidentally makes multiple payments or is charged more than once due to a technical error, they may contact the organization with the following details:

Date of Transaction
Transaction ID
Payment Amount
Payment Method
Verified duplicate transactions may be considered for refund after proper review.
Failed Transactions
If an amount has been deducted from your account but the donation is not successfully received by the organization, the amount is generally reversed automatically by your bank or payment gateway according to their policies. If the issue persists, please contact your bank first and then inform us.
Cancellation
Once a donation has been successfully processed, it cannot normally be cancelled.
Refund Processing
